4. Hate Speech and Harassment
dulcet.lol does not permit content intended to attack, degrade, threaten, or discriminate against individuals or groups based on characteristics including but not limited to:

5. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they upload or publish through the Service, including usernames, biographies, profile images, background images, social media links, and custom links.
By uploading content to dulcet.lol, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, optimize, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and publish the content you provide.
6. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
Links to adult platforms may be permitted at dulcet.lol's discretion; however, explicit imagery may not be displayed directly on user profiles.
dulcet.lol reserves the right to remove prohibited content without prior notice.
- Illegal content or activities.
- Child exploitation material.
- Explicit nudity or pornographic imagery.
- Graphic violence.
- Hate speech.
- Promotion of terrorism or extremist organizations.
- Fraudulent schemes or scams.
- Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services.
- Gambling websites, gambling services, or virtual item gambling platforms.
- Malware, phishing, or malicious downloads.
7. Usernames and Vanity URLs
Usernames and vanity URLs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise determined by dulcet.lol.
dulcet.lol reserves the right to reclaim, remove, suspend, or reassign usernames associated with trademark infringement, impersonation, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
dulcet.lol may reclaim, remove, or reassign a username if the username is inappropriate, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms. dulcet.lol staff may make these decisions at their own discretion.
- Users may not register usernames primarily for resale.
- Users may not register usernames intended to impersonate others.
- Users may not register usernames that infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
8. Enforcement and Account Termination
dulcet.lol reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action.
Ban evasion is strictly prohibited. Users may not create, access, or use additional accounts to avoid a suspension, ban, restriction, warning, or other enforcement action.
A first significant violation may result in a temporary suspension of up to seven (7) days.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
Severe violations, including illegal activity, malicious attacks, phishing, impersonation, or ban evasion, may result in immediate termination without warning.

9. Appeals
Users who believe an enforcement action was issued incorrectly may submit an appeal through dulcet.lol's official support system or Discord support channels.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
All decisions regarding appeals are made at dulcet.lol's sole discretion.
10. Third-Party Links
Profiles on dulcet.lol may contain links to websites, services, or content operated by third parties.
dulcet.lol does not control, review, endorse, or guarantee the safety, accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party websites.
Users access external links at their own risk.
While dulcet.lol may provide warnings before redirecting users to external websites, we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or security incidents resulting from third-party services.
11. Service Availability
dulcet.lol is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
Maintenance, outages, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access to the Service.
