1. Copyright Policy
dulcet.lol respects intellectual property rights and expects users to upload and publish only content they have the right to use.
We may remove or disable access to material that we reasonably believe infringes copyright and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.
2. Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe material available through dulcet.lol infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our copyright contact. A complete notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the exact dulcet.lol profile URL and a description or screenshot when helpful.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Where to Send a Notice
DMCA notices may be sent by email to legal@dulcet.lol with the subject line “DMCA Notice.”
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to locate or evaluate the reported material. You may wish to consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
4. Our Response
After receiving a substantially complete notice, dulcet.lol may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected user, request additional information, or take other action we consider appropriate.
We may share a notice, including the sender's contact information, with the user who posted the material or as otherwise required to process the claim.
5. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to legal@dulcet.lol. It should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent, as required by applicable law.
6. Restoration Following a Counter-Notice
When legally appropriate, we may forward a valid counter-notification to the original claimant. The material may be restored after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant informs us that court action has been filed seeking to restrain the user from the allegedly infringing activity.
7. Misrepresentations
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notification may result in liability. Do not submit false claims or use the DMCA process to address disputes unrelated to copyright.
8. Repeat Infringers
dulcet.lol may restrict or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit content that is removed following valid copyright complaints.
9. Other Intellectual Property Complaints
Trademark, impersonation, and other non-copyright complaints should be sent to legal@dulcet.lol with enough information for us to identify the account, understand the claim, and contact you.
